DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT eat here if you are looking for a good meal at a reasonable price. 1. Not much of a food selection on the menu. 2. Overly priced even for a popular tourist destination. (I'm a CA resident) 3. Kids meal starting at $10 which consists of 3 chicken strips and prepackaged fruit cup from Thailand. I rarely blast a restaurant, but the GM should place more focus on patron satisfaction and less on profit.

4 stars for their "Cajun" Bloody Mary alone. As is the case with most places inside the Winter Park area, the service isn't outstanding and usually better at the bar. However, they are still more courteous than most and they serve an outstanding bloody! The pot roast sliders are enough for one person and delicious. We've tried most things on the menu and still come back for this every lunch. We sometimes get a side of fries which are good, but the sliders still the show. They also have tots sometimes and those come out crispy and salty. It can get busy, but on a sunny day you can utilize the patio outside (both up and downstairs). The patios have a great view of the slopes. I've only been for lunch, but they are open for dinner too They often have someone playing music or beer sponsors doing give aways - so ask if anything is going on while you are in town.

Doc's Roadhouse has always been my go to place after a long day of snowboarding at Winter Park resort. The food is great, the bartenders are awesome and they always know what drink to make me when I had to the bar. The bartender Brad always remembers me, even though I only show up there a handful of times per season. Good times, good food, great people.

The bland and expensive food is not worth tolerating the terrible service. Burger and shrimp tacos - not good. Kid portions are small. Waste of $70.

I feel like this place is getting a bad rap, even though we had a fine time here. We went (5 girls) to Happy Hour and my friends were raving about the Pork sliders. The other Apps were basic bar food, nothing amazing. Beer was good, and the service was great (we had a wonderful server). Pretty noisy, full of skiers ready to load up on beer and head to bed.

I ordered mac'n cheese. They gave me Craft. Need I say more? I guess Yelp makes me type more than the before mentioned review. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere of this place. We split a burger and queso fries and it was really great. If you're looking for a high end lunch or dinner this probably isn't your place but if you want a good casual dining experience I would recommend eating here.

The negative reviews here matched my family's experience. Service was very bad, food was average and overpriced. It was at the end of the ski day, but the staff was overwhelmed. We were very disappointed.

Food is terrible and overpriced. I understand it's at the resort, but it's still overpriced. Service is lacking.

The atmosphere is a typical pub at the base of a ski area. Pub food is fine, but the real treasures are the dinners. The food is outstanding home style food. We have had pot roast, meatloaf, pork brisket and everything was really good. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly and efficient. Don't let the location keep you from going.

All the reviews are correct. Bad tasting food and overpriced. I had the salmon w mac n cheese and they served kraft mac n cheese. The blue cheese coleslaw was bland and lacked any flavor. The rest of my group wasnt impressed. I'd rather eat somewhere else. What a rip! The only upside was my margarita which was $12, but pretty good.

Nothing special about this place. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The wait staff seamed a little confused at first (not sure who's table we were sitting at), one server asked us about drinks, then another actually took the drink order. Once we ordered food, it came out in a reasonable time, it was just ok. I'm not saying it's a bad place to eat, but the menu is boring, no signature dish, some dishes are bland. The drinks (soft drinks) were very expensive $6.50 for two.

Food not worth the price. I know its a ski resort but a $14 hamburger should taste good. Kids meals overpriced as well. Service was mediocre. Would rather eat cheeky monkey every night then go there again.

We dined here on our first night in Winter Park. We are from Pittsburgh and they happened to show the Penguins game when we were there, which was fantastic! We had good food. I enjoyed the grilled Reuben and fries. Prices were standard resort prices, i believe my reuben was around $15. Overall, decent food, bar atmosphere, and a good overtime win for the Penguins! Not as bad as expected after reading the other two reviews. Food was decent. Nothing to rave about but it was good enough to finish and be satisfied.

Skip this place. The chicken sandwich was awful because it was 2 or 3 inches thick - way too thick to be eaten as a sandwich. We asked the waiter and she said its always that thick. They need to change this. This is one of those scenarios where they are clearly not listening to consumers. Burger was ok but not that high of quality. We didnt even like the fries, as they had some awful seasoning on them. I hardly bash restaurants but this one is bad. Service was bad too - they forgot a drink. The only plus is the location - right at the base of the slopes.

I've eaten here before but this is my first review of the place. This place is very convient to the Village and the base of the hill. The initial service was very quick and we had water in front of us before we knew it. We weren't quite ready to order so she came back a few minutes later. We ordered the half sandwich and soup. We had chili with a BLT and a Reuben with vegatable beef soup. A few other customes received their food before us when they ordered after us and it did take much longer that it should have based on how busy they were and the difficulty of the dishes served. The BLT had one very wilted lettuce leaf, two slices of dry bacon (no moisture at all), one mini slice (the butt of the tomato) on very dry slice of wheat bread. I should have sent the sandwich back but I guess it's the Minnesota nice in me and I did tell the waitress this. The soup was an average chili with a little kick. The Reuben was good but the waitress said she had to send it back a few times because kraut was requested to be left off when the food was ordered. The vegetable soup wasn't very tasty and lacked consistency. As we were waiting on our food I did see some very good looking dishes come out like: a wrap, onion rings, burgers and oriental chicken salad. Will I come back? Yes, and I'll stay away from the soup and BLT.
